Account & Orders (E Commerce):
name, email, phone (optional), billing/shipping address, order details, payment status (tokenized by the processor; we don’t store full card numbers).

Support & Forms:
messages, attachments, contact details.

Marketing:
email/SMS opt-ins, preferences.

Social Login (Google/Facebook):
basic profile info the provider shares (e.g., name, email, avatar, provider user ID).

Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location (via IP).

Cookies & similar tech: for cart, checkout, analytics, and ads.

Social Login

If you log in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email, avatar, and provider user ID to create or link your account. You can revoke access in your Google/Facebook settings at any time; doing so won’t automatically delete data stored on our site—see Data Deletion below.

Cookies & Tracking

We use necessary cookies (for cart, checkout, login) and, where allowed, analytics/advertising cookies.

  • Manage cookies: use your browser settings or our cookie controls (where available).

Data Retention

We keep account and order records as long as needed for your account, our services, and legal/financial obligations (e.g., tax and auditing). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Logs and backups are kept for limited periods for security and continuity.

  3. Use the Request Data Deletion

What Happens Next

  • We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days (often sooner), unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

  • For order records, we typically anonymize customer identifiers while retaining non-personal data (order ID, totals, taxes, and required accounting information) for fraud prevention, auditing, and legal/compliance purposes.

  • If you purchased downloadable products, your download access will be revoked as part of deletion/anonymization.

Social Logins (Google/Facebook)

If you used social login, you can also revoke our app’s access in your social account settings. After revocation, submit a deletion request using the steps above so we can remove data stored in our systems.

Limits & Exceptions

We may retain information where we have a legitimate business need or legal obligation (e.g., tax, bookkeeping, chargeback prevention, or security). When full deletion isn’t possible, we will anonymize the data so it is no longer linked to you.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (HTTPS, role-based access, backups, least-privilege admin, monitoring). No method is 100% secure; please keep your account credentials confidential.

Requests from Public Authorities
