How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of our products, and to stay fully compliant with food safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have left our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or not delivered, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS) as soon as possible. Starting the claim quickly gives you the best chance for a smooth resolution.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Snack World™ cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. The shipping carrier is solely responsible for investigating and resolving such claims.
To help your claim, be sure to save all shipping materials and take clear photos of the package (inside and out), including any visible damage to the box or contents. Providing this documentation to the carrier will greatly assist in the claims process.

Are your snacks safe for kids?
Absolutely — though some novelty candies may contain small parts or be very sour. Always check the label for age recommendations.

Does Snack World™ have a store locations?
Our very first Snack World™ store will open in early 2026 in Jeffersontown, KY.
